Yomi（以下稱「本 App」）是一款日語學習工具。我們的原則很簡單：只收集讓功能運作所必需的資料，不做廣告追蹤，不販售你的資料。本政策說明我們收集什麼、為什麼收集、以及你可以怎麼處理這些資料。

以上資料均與你的帳號身分關聯。我們不收集你的姓名、電話號碼、通訊錄、精確位置、相片圖庫、健康資料或廣告識別碼。
詞典查詢、閱讀器、金庫、播客搜尋與播放、基礎精聽播放等功能無需登入即可使用，相關資料僅保存在你的裝置本機。只有 AI 功能與訂閱同步需要帳號與網路連線。
下列資料預設只存在你的裝置本機，不會自動上傳：離線詞典資料庫、下載的播客音訊、學習紀錄與收藏、App 偏好設定（主題、播放速度等）。刪除 App 即會一併刪除這些本機資料。
為了提供功能，本 App 會將必要的資料傳送給下列服務供應商。他們僅能為我們處理資料，不得用於自身目的。
帳號相關資料在你的帳號存續期間保存。送交 AI 處理的內容僅在產生結果所需的期間內處理；你主動收藏的內容會保存到你刪除它、或刪除帳號為止。
你可以在 App 內「我的 → 帳號 → 刪除帳號」自行刪除帳號。這是真實的伺服器端刪除：你的帳號、訂閱關聯紀錄與伺服器端保存的學習內容會被一併移除，且無法復原。你也可以寫信到下方信箱要求刪除。
注意：訂閱本身由 Apple 管理。刪除帳號不會自動取消訂閱，請另行至 iPhone「設定 → Apple 帳戶 → 訂閱」中取消。
你有權要求查閱、更正或刪除我們持有的關於你的個人資料，也可以要求我們停止處理。請透過下方聯絡方式與我們聯繫，我們會在合理期間內回覆。
本 App 不以 13 歲以下兒童為對象，我們不會刻意收集兒童的個人資料。若你認為孩童在未經同意下提供了個人資料，請聯絡我們，我們會予以刪除。
資料在傳輸過程中以 TLS 加密；伺服器端資料存放於 Supabase 並受其存取控制保護。沒有任何系統能保證絕對安全，但我們會採取合理措施保護你的資料。
本 App 使用開放授權的辭書資料（JMdict、Jitendex，皆採 CC BY-SA 授權），署名資訊列於 App 內「我的 → 關於」頁面。播客內容來自 PodcastIndex 的公開目錄，版權屬於各節目的原作者。
本政策如有實質變更，我們會更新本頁的「最後更新」日期，並在必要時於 App 內告知。

Yomi (the "App") is a Japanese learning tool. Our principle is simple: we collect only what the features need, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell your data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

All of the above is linked to your account. We do not collect your name, phone number, contacts, precise location, photo library, health data, or advertising identifiers.
Dictionary lookup, the reader, the Vault, podcast search and playback, and basic listening playback all work without signing in, and that data stays on your device. Only AI features and subscription sync require an account and a network connection.
The following stays on your device by default and is not uploaded automatically: the offline dictionary database, downloaded podcast audio, study records and saved items, and app preferences (theme, playback speed, and similar). Deleting the App removes this local data.
To deliver these features, the App sends the necessary data to the providers below. They may process it only on our behalf, not for their own purposes.
Account data is kept for as long as your account exists. Content submitted for AI processing is processed only for as long as it takes to produce your result. Items you save are kept until you delete them or delete your account.
You can delete your account inside the App under Profile → Account → Delete Account. This is a real server-side deletion: your account, subscription linkage records, and server-stored study content are removed and cannot be recovered. You can also email us at the address below to request deletion.
Note: subscriptions are managed by Apple. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — cancel it separately in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, and you may ask us to stop processing it. Contact us using the address below and we will respond within a reasonable period.
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided personal data without consent, contact us and we will delete it.
Data is encrypted with TLS in transit. Server-side data is stored on Supabase and protected by its access controls. No system can be guaranteed absolutely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
The App uses openly licensed dictionary data (JMdict and Jitendex, both CC BY-SA). Attribution is listed in the App under Profile → About. Podcast content comes from the public PodcastIndex directory and remains the copyright of each show's creator.
If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the App.
